Multivisceral Surgery in Gynecology - International Comparison

DEAR COLLEAGUES,

We are pleased to invite you to our fourth practical surgery training „Operating Room instead of Lecture Hall“, which has met with high approval in recent years. Due to the great demand for this course, this time we are looking forward to opening a further-developed concept regarding themes like „Multivisceral Surgery in Gynecological Oncology“ as well as „Reconstruction of the Pelvic Floor“ and „Endometriosis“ to a great many participants.

The attendant motto „Operating Room instead of Lecture Hall“ represents the concept of the fi rst day of the event. Directly in the operating room we intend to discuss, explain and perform detailed operative strategies and methods with you. To ensure this close contact, we will dispense with live broadcasts from the operating room and must therefore strictly limit the number of participants on the fi rst day of our workshop.
The second and third workshop days are dedicated to an „international“ motto. We are excited to have lectures and courses with excellent speakers from all over the world. In addition, our focus is on future development in gynecologic surgery. The international expertise is combined in an international tumorboard.

On these days the number of participants is not restricted. Those who were unable to attend the fi rst workshop day will have ample opportunity to exchange their experiences with the surgeons.
